To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety.

As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.

  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit during consultation.

  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.

  • Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

As a spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.

  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.

  • Ask questions about your spa experience.

  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Guests with any medical conditions are advised to consult their physician prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of ANY existing medical conditions by completing your client intake for prior to receiving your treatments. Glow Skincare and Aesthetics reserves the right to discontinue or decline a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES

Guests, your appointments are very important to our team at Glow Skincare and Aesthetics Med Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. A major credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatment. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure quality and consistent practice for both our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a 50% service fee, within the hour of your missed appointment.

Failure to notify or not show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount, within the hour of your missed appointment.

SERVICE REFUNDS

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management. There are no cash/credit card refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive a in house credit to be utilized for services rendered at a later time.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

There are no refunds on products. However, if recommended products are purchased and the client has an allergic reaction, the client needs to notify the service provider within 10 days of purchase and return any used product. The service provider will work with the client to exchange the product, but there will be no cash/credit card refunds.

GRATUITY

Our staff works hard to help you look and feel your best. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full price of the service provided.
